Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or canceling your order. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.
What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?
We are sincerely apologetic that there is a concern with your order. Please contact our friendly Customer Care for personalized support. (Please quote your order number with your inquiry – orders@artisans-net.com)
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.

Shipping

What are your processing and delivery times?
Your order will be shipped the next 1-3 business days. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. Our delivery time usually takes 3-5 business days. If your order includes pre-ordered items, these will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.
Do you send Orders Express worldwide?
Currently we do not offer international shipping, but we will do very soon!
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.
What are the shipping options?
/>Artisans Net offers free ground shipping for domestic orders above $150.

Products

How do I place an order?
You may select the desired product and Add to Bag. You can continue shopping, or View Bag and then Proceed to Checkout. At Checkout, you can either log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest.
I have an item in my order that I preordered. When will my other items shipped?
Preordered items will ship separately from non-preordered items in an order and will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please check the product’s release date for more information.
How fast will my order be processed and delivered?
We process all orders placed before 12PM PST (on non-holiday weekdays) 1 – 2 business days after the order is placed. Items in stock are shipped the following business day as an Express shipment. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays. As all our products are handcrafted and come from different suppliers worldwide, some products take longer to manufacture than others. Please check the product page for an estimated delivery time.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
All our products are handcrafted and mostly come from indigenous artisans around the world or from local brands working with artisans. Production time may vary depending on factors such as order volume, current political and/or social conditions, as well as the availability of the artisans. Please check the product page of the desired item for more information. As all our products are handcrafted, colours may vary slightly and minor imperfections may occur. Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. shipping@artisans-net.com

Payments & Promos

What payment methods does Artisans Net accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and American Express, as well as payments via Paypal.
How do I use my promo code?
Enter your code at the checkout, exactly as it appears. Please note some promotional codes may have a minimum spend and expiration date.

What is your domestic return policy?

Exchange

What is your exchange policy?
Currently we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please initiate a Return on your account. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation that the credit is in your account. You can then place an order for the desired item. Alternatively, please place a new order and return the product that you no longer need.
